Jackie Mills understands the value of service, commitment, and finding a place to call home. A North Carolina native, he moved to Tennessee in 1998 and spent 19 of his 25 years in the Army, stationed at Fort Campbell, serving in both Conventional and Special Operations Aviation. Over time, Tennessee became more than a duty station—it became home. The sense of community and connection he found here inspired him to continue serving others beyond the military.
After retiring from the Army, Jackie found his next mission in real estate. Having experienced the challenges of relocation firsthand, he knows buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it’s a life-changing decision. His approach is simple: listen, communicate, and always put people first. Jackie is committed to making every real estate experience smooth, personalized, and stress-free.
Jackie enjoys hiking Tennessee’s trails, exploring small towns, and doing his best to keep his plants alive—his green thumb is still a work in progress. A proud father, he values family and service, with his son continuing the military tradition in the Army and his daughter attending the University of Tennessee.
Jackie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), and the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS (MTAR). As a Certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), he is dedicated to helping military families navigate the complexities of moving with confidence and ease.
